Are you excited? Doesn't this picture look promising AND delicious, well hold on to your hats (i won't judge if you buy them in the kids section like someone else (me) does!) The recipe is at the end of this post...
So since i'm SO over what i ate wednesday, (not really there is a recap further down the post) today i'm bringing you What i watch wednesday!
This will be the start of a series of What i _blank_ Wednesdays, are you excited? I know I am! I excite easily, you should have seen how happy i was the day i got a blender for my birthday, there was definite bouncing and if i'm honest, maybe a little pee!

I used to watch A LOT of television but since i moved in with BF we watch a lot more movies but we do have our favourite shows so i'm going to
Amazing Race: please see post here
Dexter: Serial killer with a heart and lots of characters you can love to hate
Bachelor/Bachelorette: Drama, drama, drama, fun destinations, cute clothes and romantic dates that almost always involve helicopters!
Modern Family: Funniest show ever, can't get enough of the 3 related familys, i laugh about things that happen on the show for days after the episode airs (i know i need a life)
Walking Dead: Zombies vs. Survivors, this is BF's fav show he is kind of obsessed with zombies, like he actually has a plan if zombies really attack (i love this boy)
So, interesting? Boring? Don't really care? Thats okay because i have a kick ass recipe for you to make up for my lack of anything too interesting to share, but first...

These are my Tuesday eats
Breakfast: My current obsession of peanut butter, jam, bananas and sunflower seeds on whole grain toast
AM Snack: Chocolate Mint Spinach smoothie
Lunch: Left over oatmeal with Greek Yoghurt and Raspberries (too lazy to make lunch)
PM Snack: Organic dried apples
Dinner: Turkey Chili
Snack: Warm milk, organic animal crackers and a some peanut butter (from the spoon)
I didn't eat enough at the end of the day so i was starving at 9pm and had a few pretzels as well, i think i need to start keeping track of my calories again to make sure i get enough in and as well that don't over eat, its so hard to find balance without obsessing over things

Todays recipe is the perfect make on a morning where you have nothing urgent to do then sit and profess your undying love for pancakes and to the cook (thats me!)
I've never been a huge fan of pancakes, they always make me feel gross so when i found this recipe on Angelas site i knew i had to try them!
Donnas Fruity Pancakes (bahahahaaaaa)
adapted from Oh She Glows
This recipe serves one (5 small pancakes), double ingredients if you are cooking for two!
Ingredients
1 Tbsp of ground flax
1 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of sea salt
1 dash of cinnamon
1 packet of splenda
1/2 cup of Milk (i used almond)
Toppings can totally be mixed up i went with - organic jam, fresh raspberries, coconut, coconut butter, sunflower seeds and chia seeds
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients together
2. Add in milk
3. Spray pan with non stick spray and put on medium low to medium heat
4. When bubbles appear at top of pancake, turn for one more minute
5. Stack pancakes when done and smother with favourite toppings
6. Serve and then text photo to immediate family members insisting they make them stat!
